This review was written after completing 8 out of 9 volumes (the last isn't released yet). The thing about series is that you don't think about buying particular volume if you already like the whole story. This is not the case when the author gets 'burned out' somewhere in the middle and continues writing for whatever reason. No, this story is solid and complete. If you've started it, you'll finish it.

Good book

Just what I expect from Izumi Miyazono-Sensei. Beautiful drawing and witty sorry is her norm. I can't wait to read what our two protagonists getvup to in further volumes! Thank you so much for bringing Sensei's work to the US.

~4/5We find out just how serious Kamiya is about his proposal to Asuka in this volume. And he's more serious than I expected. He's going to more devious levels to get into Asuka's head, and he's rather upfront about his wants, even to Ryu.I do like how stern Asuka is about his advances, but at the same time, I don't think she's being completely honest with Ryu. And I think that Kamiya is messing with her head more than she wants to admit. I don't like it.I do like seeing how firm Ryu is about them, though. He's very insistent about his feelings and his want to be with Asuka. I like seeing that.Near the end of the volume, it drifts to seeing Ryu's work day, and we see just how busy he is and how maturely he handles it. He's got a new guy under him, and I like seeing how Ryu is challenging the guy, and pushing the boundaries. Ryu's good at what he does, and it's obvious.A new volume of this is always good. I really like this book. It's well organized and to the point. It's helpful in making the rules understandable and useful in giving examples and a method to analysis.I only wish there was something like this that would include the CA Code distinctions.Maybe you should write one? ;)

I found this book very helpful for my Evidence final. I used this book throughout the semester when we covered each topic, and it explained the concepts very well. It does not have every single rule of evidence or every hearsay exception. However, I found I was much more prepared for class and the final after reading this book than I would have been just reading the casebook and the rules.

I think some of the checklists numbers are missing. Please see pictures attached - they ask the reader to go to “Step 15”, “Step 16”, or “Step 17” - yet the next page doesn’t include those steps?

Had everything almost word for word in it that was on the test.

This is a new favorite! There is the perfect amount of sweetness, humor and real life. I bought it for my baby, but the older kids had me reread it to them immediately. They love it. This book would make a fantastic gift for a baby shower or new baby gift.

I love reading this book to our 4 month old. No Willems has a fantastic sense of humor, and this welcome guide for new arrivals is wonderful. If you have a new arrival, or know someone who does, get this book. It's worth every penny.

I chuckled clear through this book that i purchased as a new baby gift -- but it's sweet too. I vandalized/personalized it for this family by changing the page on cats to one about dogs and laminating a photo of their dogs on top of the cat graphic. I'm sure these parents will enjoy this Mo Willems book as much as the others they are reading or will be reading to and with their girls soon!

We actually rented this book from the library because my 6 year old daughter is a HUGE Mo Willems fan, as am I. When it was time to return the book and check out new ones, she went right back and wanted to get this book again. We decided after checking it out numerous times that it was time to purchase it and keep it forever.This book is one I will for sure be giving expectant parents from here on out. It's so sweet!

Love love love this book. It's classic Mo Willems - funny and different but not totally weird. I didn't think my almost three year old would 'get' the concept but he really seems to. He thinks it's hilarious and has asked me to read it to him at least five times since it arrived yesterday.

This book is so sweet! I have loved reading it to my newborns. They are soothed by the repetition and interested in the bold pictures. It uses a lot of big words so it would be hard for older children to understand- although at a certain age it would be great for building vocabulary! It’s actually pretty funny as well, lots of classic Mo Willems observations. I’ve been buying copies for all my friends as well!

I love mo willems! This isn't my favorite book of his. It's more wordy than I have come to expect from mo, and the graphics aren't as fun as usual, however the whole book was designed for baby's eyes to be able to grow from looking at it. And the text is more for mom and dad.

Such a great book! Only wish it was around when my kids were babies. It has a mirror in the front and back. Such a sweet message inside. Cannot get enough of Mo Willems-a family fave! :)

I have always lived in Cincinnati, and I love books about the Queen City and its history, especially paranormal history. So I was excited when I spotted the Cincinnati Haunted handbook on the shelf. Now, there are some pretty good Cincinnati ghost books out there, but what makes this one unique is that it doesn't get bogged down with too many details. Each haunted site has a two page spread with just enough information about the history of the site, a photo, then the ghost story is outlined. The directions and tips are indispensable for the amateur ghost hunter. The authors have been to every site in the book, and give good advice on on safety and the best times to see the paranormal activity.Now, any spooky reader in Cincinnati knows the standards: Bobby Mackey's Music World, Music Hall, the Taft Museum. This book goes way beyond the standards, there are sites and stories in this book that I've never heard of, and I've been a spooky Cincinnatian for forty years!I really enjoyed it, and recommend it for anyone living or visiting in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. These authors really know their stuff!

This was bought as a gift and the person loved it.

I thought St. Augustine, Monticello, and Key West were haunted. I was surprised to read about so many haunted places in Cincinnati. Jeff and Michael Morris have done a great job covering the paranormal activity in this wonderful city. I haven't been there in a long time, but I'm headed that way after reading this book.

I returned this book, it was not what I thought it was. I was under the impressionthat it was stories about haunted places in Cincinnati, did not realize it was a handbook.I no longer live in Cincinnati, therefore would not be visiting these places.

I hope you like Wikipedia articles, because that is what this book is. I had high hopes for this book, as I have read several books on Shinto and was interested in getting more in-depth information on some of the more important dieties; so imagine my surprise when I opened it only to discover that it contains seemingly nothing but copy-and-pasted Wikipedia articles. Text and illustrations are lifted directly from Wikipedia, paragraph by paragraph. No new material or text of any kind appear to have been added by the "author", whoever that is - his/her name is not written anywhere in the book. Save your money, unless you prefer reading Wikipedia on paper.

This book has a lot of history as far as the Shinto deities. It has good references if you want to explore more deeply into Shinto. I like the layout starting with the sun god, and the influence of Buddhism on Shinto.
