I really like this book. It's well organized and to the point. It's helpful in making the rules understandable and useful in giving examples and a method to analysis.I only wish there was something like this that would include the CA Code distinctions.Maybe you should write one? ;)
I found this book very helpful for my Evidence final. I used this book throughout the semester when we covered each topic, and it explained the concepts very well. It does not have every single rule of evidence or every hearsay exception. However, I found I was much more prepared for class and the final after reading this book than I would have been just reading the casebook and the rules.
I think some of the checklists numbers are missing. Please see pictures attached - they ask the reader to go to “Step 15â€, “Step 16â€, or “Step 17†- yet the next page doesn’t include those steps?
Had everything almost word for word in it that was on the test.
